適用范圍：

熱熔薄膜復合機是通過熱輻射對PE、PVC塑料薄膜進行加熱熔化，將EVA片材、輕泡和布匹等進行熱熔貼合處理，把兩種或者兩種以上不同材料相結合并施加一定壓力使其復合成一體的加工機器，多用于服裝皮革、鞋底鞋材、輕泡片材的復合加工，其優點在于用PE、PVC薄膜替代膠水貼合、產品庫存時間長、無變色跡象、不易撕開、貼合效果強于膠水，具有廣泛的適應性和穩定性。

配備特點：

1、  采用直徑180毫米的大滾筒，壓力面積大，不變形，速度快，并有水冷卻裝置，防止材料粘住滾筒。

2、  左右均可自由調節滾筒的高度，可貼合不同厚度的片材，最厚可達50毫米。

3、  配有張力裝置，可控制EVA片材的拉力，使片材拉平、不起皺。

4、  配有不銹鋼擴幅輥，可防止布料和薄膜卷邊皺紋。

5、  采用變頻無極調速電機控制復合速度，可正反轉控制，送料平穩均勻、提速快、好控制，并有電機故障診斷及保護功能，并且節能。

6、  配有控溫電路可選擇一組或二組加熱，配合熱風循環系統，加熱均勻，方便準確地控制復合質量。

7、  配有米表，可計量復合后材料的長度。

8、  集中電氣控制箱,電氣元件分布合理, 每條線都做有記號，診斷維修簡單快捷，不易出故障，控制系統更為可靠.
